Örebro Castle is located on its own islet in Svartån - right in the middle of town. Here you will find 700 years of history and lots of experiences and adventures. For big and for small. Welcome to the castle.

Do you want to take a group of friends or colleagues on a self-guided tour of the castle? Have your baby's naming ceremony in the finest hall in town? Celebrate or meet in an extraordinary environment, in the middle of the city? We can solve it, easy as pie.

The castle shop

The castle shop is filled with great memories, gifts and friendly staff who will help you with all your questions about the castle and Örebro. The shop is also our public entrance and is located in the southwest tower of the castle, i.e. the tower facing Stora Hotellet.

Little Anna's Castle Café

Formerly a torture chamber, today the whole of Örebro's favorite café. At Lill-Anna's castle café you can enjoy coffee, good food and drinks. Take a moment in the historic premises or hang out in the sun on one of the café's two castle terraces.

The County Museum at the castle

The castle is also home to Örebro County Museum, with exhibition rooms that tell about both art and history. The county museum offers a total of four different exhibitions for you as a visitor - just drop in!
